In your case you can set the player to 1:43:15. Setting position in player changes frame extraction starting time.
Then it's a matter of selecting correct extraction frequency. In your example let's assume the slides do not change more often than a slide per minute. You could experiment with 1000 ms
60 = 60000 ms distance between frames and ~4 hours worth of frames = 4
60 * 60 = 14400 frames.I designed this tool more like an attempt of extracting not-blurred still of some point in the video. Like a footage from a dashcam where you want to extract plate numbers that are readable / not blurry.
